Mardi Gras 2021

Fat Tuesday has come back around, and we couldn’t be happier about it. February 16th marked Fat Tuesday or Mardi Gras, sometimes known as Shrove Tuesday, precedes Ash Wednesday, marking the Christian fasting period of Lent. Traditionally, Fat Tuesday earned its name from the day of indulging in food before fasting. Tuesday, 5th-8th students got to celebrate with a Mardi Gras party. King and Queens got to parade down the middle school hallway. We want to thank our class moms who came to set up the party for our classes. #believeinit☘️
