We are proud to announce that we have another Top Teacher in our midst! Art Teacher, Ms. Terri Foote, was selected for this week’s WTOC Top Teacher Award. Ms. Foote was nominated by M. Pospichal, 4th grade. Thank you M. Pospichal for taking the time to write about Ms. Foote! We are excited and happy for her to receive this honor!
